Job Description
  • Lead and oversee data processing and data quality execution to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all deliverables
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, optimize statistical efficiency, and generate insights to support business decision-making
  • Supervise, mentor and support the Data Processing team to drive high performance, quality output and timely project delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs and align data processing workflows accordingly
  • Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and root cause analyses to identify data issues and implement preventive measures
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on tools, methodologies, and quality standards
  • Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution
Skills Required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field with minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Excel and SPSS; experience with Quantum is preferred
  • Experience with research data platforms is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Dimensions (Unicorn Base Professional) is beneficial

Job Description
  • Interpret and analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies while ensuring the overall quality and integrity of the data
  • Support the Data Processing team in validating datasets and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data outputs and deliverables
  • Optimize statistical efficiency and perform data checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data
  • Work with large and complex datasets to identify errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues before final delivery
  • Use Advanced Excel and SPSS for data analysis, validation, and reporting
  • Work with Dimensions – Unicom Base Professional (training will be provided if required) to support data processing activities
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including data processors, survey programmers, and project teams, to resolve data-related issues
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines
  • Maintain strong documentation of data quality checks and validation processes
  • Work with management to prioritize business requirements and data processing needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processing workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-graduate freshers with degree in Computer Applications, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Economics or Statistics, are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and SPSS
  • Experience with data processing tools or research data platforms will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Dimensions – Unicorn Base Professional is beneficial
